How long does overstock take to ship furniture? I placed an order on saturday, now it's Tuesday and the status says it is still processing, and I haven't gotten the shipped email, is there any hope that I'll get the furniture by Friday?

A piece of furniture I wanted to buy on overstock.com is out of stock, how often do they restock? Any idea would be helpful. Also they had an option to notify me when the item is in stock..does this mean they will definately be getting more in?

Where does Overstock get their furniture from? I found a sectional on Overstock.com that I want, however it seems like their shipping could take up to 8 weeks, which is why I would like to order from a local retailer in New York City. As well as delivery in Manhattan can be tricky, so I'd prefer to deal with a local company that understands this. The sectional I like is called: Rochester Charcoal Sectional Sofa. Item #: 80001565. It is listed on Overstock's website for $1,117.99. I have searched online and only found the listing for Overstock. Is it possible this item is only available through Overstock, or that it goes by a different name through other retailers? I called Overstock, but they were quite vague, only stating that they deal with more than 750 partner warehouses. Any suggestions where else I might be able to find this exact sectional??

I have brown furniture and i am thinking about buying a zebra rug to go with the animal print theme that i? like. I also found some animal print throw pillows from overstock.com and was wondering if the zebra print throw pillows in black and white would clash too much against the brown furniture or should i opt for the chocolate and white color. What can I sell to female college students? I'm planning to open a small retail store, within sight of a large women's university. We already plan to sell overstock women's clothing, but since we don't have enough money to fill the entire store space with clothing, we were thinking to get some inexpensive furniture too. Where can I find good places to buy furniture cheap and/or used online or in the Philadelphia area? I need some bedroom furniture for my new house. I have been looking on craigslist and overstock.com, but I would like some more options. In the past I have found a lot of furniture that I loved at thirft stores, but I haven't had much luck with that lately either. Basically I need a tall dresser and either a short dresser or a table that either has a mirror or that I can hand a mirror over and a bench. Unfortunately, due to the color of my walls (almond oil with a coffee accent), carpets (a very light tan), and sheets (deep red) I am limited to a mahogony or medium dark brown finish without any red highlight. Cherry doesn't look right against the coffee accent and anything light doesn't look right either.

Where can I find gothic bedding? I just moved into a one hundred year old, bungalow style house and I love my new bedroom. The problem is, no matter where I look, I can't seem to find any cool bedding that would fit the room. The ceilings are low and sloping, the walls are brown, and I have original wood floors. It's a cool space but I have no clue on how I can decorate it. The one idea I did have though was gothic looking bedding since the room has that feel and I have distressed antique furniture. Let's play a game! Help finding a small desk to match my new bedroom :)? Heyy guys.. I have been searching left and right for a bedroom set. I have been having a lot of trouble because I have a small room and need a twin bed. The only sets with twin beds are childrens sets, so I am buying a bedroom set without the bed, and a separate twin bed. I have ivory drapes so I want to get a new color, I am thinking a deep purple, sage or chocolate color. I was going for a beachy theme but this bed set has kind of changed that, though I still have a huge palm tree/beach framed art that stays in the room so that has darkish blue sky backgrd, dark green for palm tree and tan for sand, with the word DREAM in the sand, with white frame. I am sure this will be hard to work into the room but I love the picture.. I have white furniture and tan walls which I won't be changing, any ideas? The room is a light tan type color, and not being re-painted. I think I will just be going for a 'romantic' homey feel.. I am thinking the purple or chocolate since everything else is so light, but my BF may not appreciate the purple so much! Thanks missdarl..? I can move the picture to the other side of the room I suppose. That would basically solve my problem though I'd have to fill the holes from the screws =:) I should elaborate- my window is short, so I am looking for 63in, and thermal drapes.. Would this look stupid? I have a little boutique and I'm looking to replace the tattered dressing room curtains with new ones. There are two sets of curtains that I already have (Beige linen) which are kind of the "Backdrop" for the center, colorful curtain. The store is decorated with beige walls, white windowsills, and gold trim accents. The furniture is gold, off-white, and black. I would like to "spruce up the place" by adding color, but I'm afraid choice # 2 may be too loud (and then I would have to find some matching blue flowers or something to make it flow). Choice # 1 might not be the correct color gold to match, but it's safe.
