How do you go about buying overstock, closeout, etc. clothing and accessory items?
I am looking to buy a certain type of clothing and accessories, like hurley, billabong, roxy, volcom, etc., surf type clothing and accessories, and was wondering how I go about buying the overstock, out of season, or discontinued stuff from the companies or if they even allow you to buy directly from them. Any information would be very helpful. Thanks!

- Usually you have places in your hometown that sell those things. Depending on what you're selling, you can go to a clothing boutique, let's say, and basically ask to buy the season's leftovers. If you're a small business that's how it usually works. You can buy it below cost since the boutique already recovered their costs (presumably, since they're still in business) and just want to get rid of their inventory. If you're a bigger business, you basically have the same arrangement, just on a bigger scale. This is how you have companies like Winners or Overstock.com, Bluefly.com, etc.
