where is the best city in China for womens wholesale apparel shopping ?

I am the owner of a womens boutique that specializes in good quality, fashionable clothing. Will be visiting China and am looking for distributors

1. That would be Hong Kong. There is a large number of wholesalers and packagers there. One of the largest and best known is Li & Fung: http://www.lifung.com/ You may not be in their size range (they are rather big), so call or e-mail them and ask what their lot sizes are.
